(**) Registration fee for accompanying persons include: Welcome reception on Sunday, Social event in Bruges on Wednesday, Sporty Farewell dinner on Thursday. The excursions for accompanying persons are not included.

The registration fee for TIAFT2018 covers:

Admittance to scientific sessions, Access to technical exhibition, Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception on Sunday, Social event in Bruges on Wednesday, Sporty Farewell dinner on Thursday, Programme, and all the traditional scientific information such as programme / abstract book.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard/ American Express are accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 10 August 2018.

Cancellation of registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by fax: +32 9 233 85 97 or email: TIAFT2018@semico.be

The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before 30 June 2018: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From 1 July to 1 August 2018: 50% refund
As of 15 August 2018 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the meeting.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.

Accompanying persons

*Accompanying persons will receive a badge.
They have free access to the welcome reception, Social programme in Bruges and the Sporty Farewell Dinner, but need to register.

Registration procedure

Registration will only become effective on the date we receive your payment and not on the date of your registration. Registration will be confirmed by email.

Nearer the congress, you will be sent a confirmation letter asking you to print the letter which you will need to present at the registration desk upon arrival at the congress. There you will receive your personalised badge and entry tickets to the side events.

Badge

During the congress this badge must be clearly visible at any time on-site at the venue. Entrance to the session rooms as well as to the poster and exhibition areas will only be permitted to persons wearing the congress badge or having the correct extra ticket. For security reasons, you also always need to carry your Badge and yourID card/passport.

Note: In case of loss or damage, badges can be reprinted at the reception desk.
In case of loss, charges for reprinting a badge are € 20,00 (excl. VAT).

Terms and methods of payment

All invoice are payable to the conference Secretariat. All payment must be made in euros (€) free of charge for TIAFT - Semico NV.

Preferred method of payment: online payment by credit card.

Alternative method: Bank transfers. Bank transfers can only be accepted until July 30th 2018. After that date only credit cards can be accepted.

You will receive your invoice at the registration desk and should make the bank transfer within 15 days after registration to the following account:

Any bank charges must be charged to the buyer. 

Hotel cancellation:

Hotel booking should be made directly through the websites of the hotels

The congress secretariat is not involved with the booking process and can not intervene.
All cancellations must be made to the hotels directly.
